- This simple feather angel halo is simply a strip of maribou feather boa with glittery tinsel strands, fastened at the back with a hair clip. The size can be adjusted indefinitely to fit a newborn or an adult. You can simply clip it together each time you use it, or decide on a length and glue the ends together with hot glue.
